Gratitude for foodThe stories (and data) behind the foods that energize us, comfort us, bring us together, and taste so damn good are complex and fascinating from all angles - from the great nutrition it provides to how it was grown, how it was produced, and what it can or cannot be called.

Once the data is published, I enjoy telling the story of those data to
help everyone (friends, family, R&D, Marketing, Sales, etc.) understand it.
I have always been fascinated by the things we grow, cook, and eat ---
from farming to metabolic pathways.
I am 100% a forever student.
I don't know it all, but I enjoy the adventure of figuring it out.
LOVE: travel, the outdoors, my family (including the dog, Brussel Sprout), and cookie dough.
