Happy Halloween! A day to dress up, brave the ❄️ (at least here in Chicago), carve 🎃, and eat 🍭🍫 • Food is more than just nutrition – food is delicious, social, emotional, and cultural. That is why my food philosphy is the 80-20 rule. • The 8️⃣0️⃣-2️⃣0️⃣ rule: Eighty percent of the time you are focused on making nutritious eating choices. Lots of fruit 🍎 and vegetables, whole grains 🍞, and lean protein 🍗.
